At the beginning of lockdown I thought WTF!! life as I know it as an artist is finished.. for about a day. Because at times like these artists can turn up and be a part of the effort or fold.. I decided to lean in and in partnership with Phantom Bill Stickers I created this work for the streets of Aotearoa NZ. I was in the right place at the right time with the right contact and still had my studio operating at my home while in my bubble of one. I believe in the effort to minimise infection and relate to the tough measures we must follow to succeed. The artwork was created to offer optimism and energy to our efforts together. STAY HOME & STAY SAFE.
