Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns must be completed within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging
  • A proof of purchase (receipt) is required
  • Discounted items and gift certificates are non-returnable
  • We are happy to offer an exchange for another item of equal value. If you're unable to decide on an exchange at the time, we will issue a credit note valid for future use.
  • All returns are subject to approval and are at the discretion of ORA Gallery.

Refunds

ORA Gallery does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, refunds may be issued for items that are faulty or damaged under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence.

Returning Online Purchases

For online returns, please email info@oragallery.co.nz before sending your item. Return shipments should be couriered to: ORA Gallery, 23 Allen Street, Te Aro, Wellington 6011, New Zealand. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Damaged Goods

All items are securely packaged by our team. In rare cases where damage occurs during transit:

  1. Photograph any visible damage to packaging upon arrival.
  2. Open and inspect the item immediately.
  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via phone or email.

We will arrange collection of the item and packaging, and discuss next steps for resolution. Do not return damaged goods to the manufacturer.
