Our staff members are maintaining strict hygiene protocols, physical distancing and will be wearing a face mask at all times. All visitors to the gallery are required to sign in through the NZ Covid Tracer App or manual sign in sheet. Orders are being dispatched Monday - Friday. Courier services are still experiencing an increase in parcel processing, so please be patient and follow your package using the tracking number provided.

Online orders will be processed, packaged and couriered Monday to Friday through Aramex (Fastway Couriers) within New Zealand. Please utilise the provided tracking number to follow your parcel to the door. Allow 2-5 working days for delivery.

Due to ongoing Covid restrictions, Aramex Couriers are now a Non-Signature Service for residential deliveries. As part of this service, Courier Franchisees will not be required to obtain a signature at the time of delivery and will leave all freight in a safe and secure place at the customer's home or business address. 

Signature delivery may be possible at an additional cost. 

Rural delivery is an additional $6 nationwide.


AVAILABLE ON REQUEST: We apologise that we cannot offer international shipping as a regular service on our website. However, we can work with you to have pieces shipped overseas on a case by case basis. Please email us at info@oragallery.co.nz if you would like to enquire about terms and conditions for international shipping.

All items are packaged with care by our staff. However, from time to time items may arrive damaged due to rough handling during delivery. Please check the item upon receipt by the courier and advise us immediately by email or phone call if there is a problem. ORA Gallery takes great care in applying protective packaging for the safe transit of your purchase.
If there is visible damage to your package, take photo evidence, open and inspect the contents to see if the product is affected. Please call us immediately to notify. All damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
