Returns + Exchanges
ORA Gallery's return policy lasts 14 days. We are happy to exchange the item for something else to the same value as the original purchase price. If you are unable to choose something to exchange your item with, a credit note will be provided for you to choose something at another time. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return option.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
GIFT CARDS: Our Gift Certificates are not returnable and are valid for one year.
REFUNDS: ORA Gallery does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, however a refund will be acknowledged under the Consumers Guarantee Act for faulty or damaged goods.
SHIPPING: To return your product, you should contact us via email first then courier your product to: ORA Gallery, 23 Allen Street, Te Aro, WGN, Wellington 6011, New ZealandYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Freight + Delivery
Online orders will be processed, packaged and couriered Monday to Friday through Aramex (Fastway Couriers) within New Zealand. Please utilise the provided tracking number to follow your parcel to the door. Allow 2-5 working days for delivery.
We can offer an insured service through Pack and Send for oversized, fragile or valuable items. This must be specified when purchasing. Please contact us at info@oragallery.co.nz
Aramex Couriers are a Non-Signature Service for residential deliveries. As part of this service, Courier Franchisees will not be required to obtain a signature at the time of delivery and will leave all freight in a safe and secure place at the customer's home or business address.
Signature delivery may be possible at an additional cost.
Rural delivery is an additional $6 nationwide.
INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT: AVAILABLE ON REQUEST: We apologise that we cannot offer international shipping as a regular service on our website. However, we can work with you to have pieces shipped overseas on a case by case basis. Please email us at info@oragallery.co.nz if you would like to enquire about terms and conditions for international shipping.
DAMAGED GOODS: All items are packaged with care by our staff. However, from time to time items may arrive damaged due to rough handling during delivery. Please check the item upon receipt by the courier and advise us immediately by email or phone call if there is a problem. ORA Gallery takes great care in applying protective packaging for the safe transit of your purchase.If there is visible damage to your package, take photo evidence, open and inspect the contents to see if the product is affected. Please call us immediately to notify. All damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
Gift Certificates + Layby
Gallery Gift Certificates are now available to be purchased through our online store! ORA Gallery Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are redeemable in store on Allen Street. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
DID YOU KNOW That we offer a Layby service for you to pay off your new artwork in instalments?
WHAT IS ‘LAYBY’? Layby is a service that allows you to secure an item or items with a deposit and pay off in instalments rather than paying the full amount up front!
IS THERE COST INVOLVED? There are no additional costs involved in our Layby service. However, we do require a 20% deposit on all Layby’s to secure your purchases with the agreed instalments made over a two month period.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: ORA Gallery Layby service can be offered to customers nationwide with an additional freight charge for non-Wellington Locals. ORA Gallery's Layby service is offered for a maximum of two months. ORA Gallery is responsible for the secure storage of the item/items on Layby and claim ownership over the product until point of sale. In the case that the Layby is cancelled by the client, ORA Gallery reserves the right to retain the 20% deposit for administrative cover.
