Our staff members are maintaining a strict hygiene and 2 meter physical distancing protocol at all times. Orders are being dispatched Monday - Friday. Courier services are now experiencing an overwhelming increase in parcel processing, so there may be a delay with your order delivery. Please use your tracking number to follow your package and contact the courier provider directly with any concerns.

Online orders will be processed, packaged and couriered Monday to Friday through Aramex (Fastway Couriers) within New Zealand. Please utilise the provided tracking number to follow your parcel to the door. Allow 2-5 working days for delivery.
ORA Gallery requests the use of a signature required courier service on all orders. If you are not present at the time of attempted delivery, a calling card will be left to notify you of redirection or delivery at another time.
Rural delivery is an additional $6 nationwide.
AVAILABLE ON REQUEST: We apologise that we cannot offer international shipping as a regular service on our website. However, we can work with you to have pieces shipped overseas on a case by case basis. Please email us at email@example.com if you would like to enquire about terms and conditions for international shipping.
All items are packaged with care by our staff. However, from time to time items may arrive damaged due to rough handling during delivery. Please check the item upon receipt by the courier and advise us immediately by email or phone call if there is a problem.
