Collection: Kirsty Nixon

Kirsty Nixon started painting and exhibiting in the late 1980's as a young successful watercolour artist. In 1994 Kirsty began capturing the vibrant personality of the New Zealand landscape in acrylics on canvas. This style was greatly received and prompted her to leave her career as an art director in advertising to paint full time. Her contribution to the New Zealand landscape is fresh and distinctly modern and her work hangs in private collections throughout New Zealand, Australia, The Pacific, Ireland, The UK and America.
