RETURNS POLICY

ORA Gallery's return policy lasts 14 days. We are happy to exchange the item for something else to the same value as the original purchase price. If you are unable to choose something to exchange your item with, a credit note will be provided for you to choose something at another time. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return option.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Our Gift Certificates are not returnable and are valid for one year. 

ORA Gallery does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, however a refund will be acknowledged under the Consumers Guarantee Act for faulty or damaged goods.
 
To return your product, you should contact us via email first then courier your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
